Customer Pickup Guide
Thank you for choosing Twelve21 Events! To ensure a smooth and efficient pickup experience, please review the following guidelines:
Before You Arrive
- Confirm Your Order: Double-check your booking details, including pickup time, location, and the items you’re renting. Ensure everything matches your event requirements.
- Vehicle Preparation: Ensure your vehicle is suitable for transporting the rental items. Consider the size and quantity of your rentals when choosing your vehicle. Remember to clear space in your vehicle before arriving.
- Bring Necessary Equipment: You may need tie-downs, blankets, or padding to secure and protect your rentals during transport.
Pickup Process
- Arrival: Arrive at the pickup location at the scheduled time. Our team will be ready to assist you.
- Check-In: Upon arrival, check in with our staff, who will guide you through the pickup process.
- Loading: Our team will assist in loading the rental items into your vehicle. Please note that while we help with loading, securing the items in your vehicle is your responsibility.
- Inspection: Once loaded, inspect the items to ensure they are in good condition and match your order. If you notice any discrepancies, let our staff know immediately.
During Your Event
- Handling: Treat the rental items with care. Damage to items may result in additional charges.
- Storage: Keep items protected from the elements and secure them when not in use.
Return Process
- Return Time: Return the items at the scheduled return time. Late returns may incur additional fees.
- Unloading: Upon arrival, our team will assist with unloading the items from your vehicle.
- Final Inspection: Our staff will conduct a final inspection of the items. Any damages or missing items will be noted, and you may be charged accordingly.
- Completion: Once everything is returned and inspected, you’re all set! We hope your event was a success, and we look forward to serving you again.

- Curbside Pickup: Please note that all pickups are curbside. If you require assistance beyond curbside service, please arrange this with us ahead of time.
